We believe that to get the most out of something you need to know how to use it properly. Our training options will show you and your users how to use SugarCRM for a better end result.

Flexibility is everything

With a product as flexible as SugarCRM, we have found that we need to be flexible in our approach to training. Should you wish to break a day into sections targeted at groups of individuals with similar roles, or deliver a standard course across your organisation, we will do everything we can to ensure you get what you need. We won't waste your time training you on modules which you have no intention of using, which don't fit your business, or covering things you already know.

Training can be carried out at your premises or at a venue of your choice.

Our Price

Whether you require a day's technical training, a group workshop to thrash out the details, a basic structured end-users course, or a combination of the above we have only one price: £650 per day, plus VAT. Travelling and accommodation costs may be added to the price, depending on location.

As a guide, the standard administrator and end-user courses take approximately one day each.

Web-based Training

If you just need a little help with specific items, you may find it more cost-effective to go over these with one of our trainers using a shared workspace. Web-based training is available at an hourly rate of £105 per hour.
