Opacus Outlook Plug-in

Allows you to automatically archive emails from Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010 to your SugarCRM system as well as synchronising your contacts and calendar appointments from one to the other. SugarCRM Address book allows you to send emails to leads/contacts stored in your SugarCRM using realtime searches without the need to download them all into your Outlook address books first.

Opacus Thunderbird Plug-in

Enables the archiving of emails into SugarCRM from Thunderbird 3 and above. After installation simply add the 'Archive' and 'Send and Archive' buttons to the respective toolbars.

Opacus SugarCRM Customer Portal

Customers can update and add to their customer data, manage Support Cases/Tickets which bolts directly on to to existing Drupal based websites. Ease of implementation - the Drupal Portal will be hosted in the UK on EnableITs servers. All you need to do is configure your HTTP Port, so that the portal can communicate with your current version of SugarCRM.
